Development of methods and technologies for synthesis and regeneration of porous silicate and alumosilicate materials


Development of methods and technologies for the synthesis of porous silicate and alumosilicate materials, in particular, methods for synthesis of known zeolite adsorbents from Customer's mineral raw materials (kaolin, jadeite, field spar etc.) for large-scale production of such zeolites. The service can be used for starting out of large-scale production of adsorbents from natural raw, in particular for production of adsorbents for water removal from organic liquids (oil, alcohol, other organic solvents etc), removal of heavy metals (Hg, Pb, Cd etc. from industrial liquid wastes), silica adsorbents for organic pollutants from industrial liquid wastes, purification of gases (such as removal of H2S or amine traces from gases), production of zeolite components of detergents for water hardness reduction (replacement of phosphates in detergents). Studies include characterization of structure and sorption capacity of zeolites (synthesized and regenerated ones).

Development of methods and technologies for regeneration of porous silicate and alumosilicate materials after purification of liquids or gases, mentioned above.
